Dear UMA Members,
We are excited to announce plans for Resilience 365, a year-long conference experience with robust content in a virtual medium.
This year-round conference will feature quality education, inspiring keynotes, recognition of excellence in mission, and numerous peer networking experiences. In addition to your outstanding colleagues in human service ministries, our business partners will share their expertise, trends, and ideas to support your work.
In repackaging the 2021 Annual Meeting for this year-long experience, we bring together leading voices in operations, financial and risk management, spiritual care, workforce excellence, governance, strategy, and philanthropy to help you navigate the complex challenges of today and tomorrow.
Until we meet again in person – hopefully soon – we will meet virtually to keep you connected with thought leaders, trendsetters, innovators, and, most importantly, each other.
On behalf of the Shared Learning Committee, it is our fervent hope that you and your colleagues will take advantage of as many events as possible in this exciting program, and that you will meet the challenges of this year even stronger. We invite you to keep abreast of this year’s Shared Learning educational opportunities at http://www.ouruma.org/resilience365.
