No matter your organization size, ensuring records are kept accurate is the best way to ensure you stay compliant.  Taking meeting minutes may seem like a straight-forward responsibility but, in truth, there are many considerations involved in this task that require thought and attention. We will learn:

  • When and why meeting minutes may be legally or regulatory required.
  • Why minutes must be accurate.
  • What must be included in minutes.
