Jim Griffith received an award for “telling something good” about a fellow employee at Magnolia Manor. Jim Griffith’s position at Magnolia Manor takes him to all eight campuses Magnolia Manor owns or manages across South Georgia. During a recent visit to St. Simons Island Jim had a first-hand experience with an employee who “goes the extra mile” in his job duties. Jim shared the story with the Marketing Department where a monthly reward program is in place for “telling something good.”
