Transitioning Youth Summit
September 20, 2018
Board of Child Care
Baltimore, MD
Each year, more than a hundred thousand youth are leaving child welfare, juvenile justice, and child mental health systems. Research shows that youth age 18-26 are at-risk for homelessness, joblessness and mental health and substance abuse issues. In this full-day event, we will hear from national experts and organizations who are creating partnerships and developing models to support at-risk youth. Join us as we dialogue and explore solutions on this issue.
