Four Organizations Awarded EAGLE Accreditation

UMA Creates a COVID-19 Remembrance Wall

To support our UMA family on their grief journey, UMA has created a remembrance wall to honor our clients, staff, family and friends of whom we have lost to the COVID-19 pandemic. We invite you to share your heartfelt remembrances on the COVID Remembrance Wall. Please submit your tribute online. Tributes will be updated weekly.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Resources

Diversity, equity and inclusion drive the missions of our UMA members. Their strategies and practices support a diverse workplace and leverage the effects of diversity to achieve environments that are more collaborative, supportive, adaptable, and respectful increasing the participation and contribution of all. UMA has recently developed a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Resource Page to share best practices, policies, and procedures from your fellow organizations. Please contact Sara Charbonneau (scharbonneau@ouruma.org) to share your organization's information.

Register Now for Virtual Keynote Wayne Muller - January 28

"Sabbath time assumes that if we step back and rest, we will see the wholeness in it all. We will naturally apprehend the good in how things are, taste the underlying strength, beauty, and wisdom that lives even in the difficult days, take delight in the gift and blessing of being alive." - Wayne Muller - |

UMA leaders have shared that they are experiencing exhaustion, stress, and sadness amid the ongoing pandemic and social and political unrest that has permeated all aspects of their lives. Join renowned author and advisor Wayne Muller for an interactive and intimate conversation based on his best-selling book, "Sabbath." Learn why the practice of "sabbath" can help us rediscover joy and nurture our inner resilience during these challenging times.

Registration is $149 per line, for the first two registrations from the same organization. Additional registrations after two persons will be just $49 per line. We encourage you to gather safely with colleagues, as you are able. Spaces are limited.
